Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that supports wellbeing through gentle movement, breath, and meditation. These practices invite awareness of the subtle flow of energy within the body and cultivate a sense of grounding, presence, and inner resilience.
Your life force energy is inherently powerful. Developing a felt sense of energy flow can help you remain embodied and empowered as you move through life’s challenges.
In these sessions, you are supported in exploring and embodying your own healing experience through guided Qigong practices, movement, breathwork, and meditation. You will learn ways to nourish yourself and reconnect with vitality during times of depletion.
Dr. Wren has been studying Qigong since 2013 and completed a two-year Qigong teacher certification in 2019. She enjoys working with individuals and groups to teach and facilitate Qigong practices that support self-awareness, energetic balance, and personal wellbeing.
These offerings are wellness-based practices and are not a substitute for medical care or medically necessary physical therapy services.
