Physical Therapy Services
Unique. Integrative. Powerful.
Learn to unlock the patterns that are no longer serving you.
Dr. Wren offers a unique approach to healing through embodied movement, hands-on techniques, and sensory integration. By helping you become aware of your held postures and beliefs, she meets you precisely where you are on your journey toward transformation. With an extensive background in women's health and advanced certification from the Postural Restoration Institute®, Dr. Wren focuses on holistic body movement patterns. Her work emphasizes the importance of rebalancing joint position, restoring muscle activation patterns, and reintegrating essential movements like breathing, walking, and reaching. Understanding the pivotal roles of the autonomic nervous system and breath in movement, Dr. Wren creates a supportive space for your authentic healing process, guiding you toward greater awareness and balance in your body.
What to Expect
Dr. Wren provides self-pay physical therapy and wellness-based services. Some services offered by this practice may fall outside of Medicare and insurance coverage guidelines.

Reimbursement is not guaranteed. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network or self-pay benefits.
Medicare beneficiaries may receive self-pay services only for care that is not covered by Medicare. When applicable, Medicare billing requirements are followed in accordance with federal guidelines.
