Welcome,

My commitments to working with you

  • Listen deeply. You know your body and your experiences better than anyone else.

  • Integrate and communicate with your team of provides. Integrated care is most often ideal.

  • Guide your awareness toward the patterns (behavior, thoughts, movement) that may be limiting your potential. You will be empowered with the choices to can lead to lasting change.

My mission at Bodymind Restoration is to support people on their unique life journeys and build a community of empowered humans who light up the world with their resilience, know how to truly nourish themselves, and are equipped to the support our next generations’ connection to their own inner light and mother earth.

Once we believe in ourselves, we can risk curiosity, wonder, spontaneous delight, or any experience that reveals the human spirit.
